Admissions Process & Requirements

Thank you for your interest in our institution. To streamline your application, we have organized the admission process into the following clear steps and requirements.

Registration

Submit application form
Provide previous academic records
Pay non-refundable registration fee

Entrance Test

Written assessment in core subjects (Maths, Science, English & Urdu)
Evaluation of grade level proficiency
Conducted at campus or designated centers

Interview

Student interview with the School team
Assessment of overall personality

Final Enrollment

Issuance of Admission Offer Letter
Payment of admission dues
Uniform and kit collection

Admission Requirements

1. Entry Levels

Admissions are primarily conducted at the Class VII & VIII level. Entries for other grades are restricted as follows:

Class IX & XI: Limited seats may be available.
Note for Class XI: Applications are only accepted for Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, and Computer Science tracks.
Restricted Grades: No admissions are offered for Class Class X, or the 2nd Year (Class XII).

2. Eligibility

Admission eligibility criteria are as under:

Class VII: Class VI passed. Age limit 11-13 years.
Class VIII: Class VII passed. Age limit 12-14 years.
Class IX: Class VIII passed. Age limit 13-15 years.

3. Obtaining Prospectus & Forms

Candidates can acquire the Application Form and detailed institutional information through two primary methods:

In-Person: Visit the College Admission Office to purchase the physical Prospectus.
Online: Download the Admission Form and required Challan Form directly from the official College website (links given below).

4. Fee Payment & Submission

The application process is finalized once the processing fee is settled through Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

Domestic Applicants: Pay the fee at any HBL branch using the provided Challan Form.
International Applicants: Candidates residing abroad must arrange for the fee to be paid at an HBL branch. A copy of the paid receipt must be included with the application.
Mailing Instructions: Send the completed Application Form along with the college copy of the paid Challan Form to the College’s official postal address.
